Welcome to Grand Bloom. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
1. Professional Services & Results Grand Bloom provides professional esthetic and body sculpting services. While we strive for excellence, individual results may vary based on lifestyle, genetics, and adherence to aftercare. Our services are cosmetic in nature and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
2. Payment & Fees
- Full payment is due at the time of booking and service rendered.
- We accept [List payments: Buy Now Pay Options, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay].
- For certain high-value packages or “Specials,” pre-payment may be required and is non-refundable.
3. Age Requirement & Guest Policy
To ensure a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for all clients, Grand Bloom strictly enforces the following:
- Age Requirement: All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book independently. Minor clients (ages 12–17) may receive select services but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide written consent and remain on-site for the duration of the treatment.
- No Children Allowed: For safety and liability reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment room or the waiting area. Our facility is not equipped with childcare, and our staff cannot be responsible for unsupervised minors.
- No Additional Guests: Due to the intimate nature of our services and the limited space in our studio, we do not allow additional guests, friends, or family members to accompany you to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service at the same time.
4. Right to Refuse Service
To maintain a safe and professional environment, Grand Bloom reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Inappropriate behavior or harassment.
- Failure to disclose medical contraindications.
- Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Arriving with a contagious skin condition or illness.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking, you acknowledge that you have accurately disclosed all health information. You agree to release Grand Bloom and its owner from any liability regarding allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment aftercare instructions.
6. Pricing Changes
Grand Bloom reserves the right to change pricing and service offerings at any time. However, confirmed bookings made prior to a price change will be honored at the original rate.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Sacramento County.
