Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Grand Bloom, we value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following guidelines:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Strict 48-Hour Policy Enforced.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled or moved with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
Please understand that short-notice cancellations prevent us from filling the time slot and deny clients on our waiting list the opportunity to receive services. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a reliable schedule for everyone.
Rescheduling
We strive to be flexible when life happens; however, rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment may still incur a fee. Please note that habitual rescheduling impacts our ability to see other clients who are patiently waiting for openings. We kindly ask that you only move your appointment when absolutely necessary to help us maintain a fair and efficient schedule for everyone.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No-Call, No-Show”) will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount.
Late Arrival
We want you to enjoy every minute of your treatment. If you arrive late, your session MAY be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a late cancellation fee will apply.
Refund Policy
- Services: All service rendered and sales are final!!! If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can discuss a complimentary solution depending on the situation.
- Products: Unopened retail products with receipt(s) may be returned for a full refund within [7] days of purchase. Opened products are non-refundable. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. 5. For online order returns, shipping charges will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to pay and arrange for shipping the product back to us if you are returning an online purchase. 6. Gift card orders are not exchangeable nor refundable
Specials, Packages, and Promotions
All promotional packages and special offers are FINAL, non-refundable and non-transferable. To maintain the integrity of our schedule, any sessions within a package that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited. We kindly ask that you respect the time reserved for your treatments, as late changes prevent other clients on our waitlist from being scheduled.
Specials, Promotion and Package Expiration & Terms
1. Expiration Period To ensure the best results and consistency of your treatment plan, all service packages/specials, promotion must be redeemed within [6) months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will be void and forfeited.
2. Price Protection Specials, Promotion, Packages are designed to offer a preferred rate for our dedicated clients. Should you choose to use a session after a formal price increase has occurred (but before your package expires), your original package price will be honored.
3. Non-Transferable Specials, Promotion, Package sessions are intended for the original purchaser and are non-transferable between clients. Sessions cannot be shared with friends or family members.
4. No Extensions on expiration dates will not be granted; however, we understand that medical emergencies or pregnancies may arise. Please contact us at least 30 days before your special, promotion and. package expires if you believe a medical extension is necessary. We will need to be shown proof from medical provider asking for the extension.
Gift Card
1. Redemption & Use
Grand Bloom gift cards may be redeemed for any professional service or retail product. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service, either in digital or physical form.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law (e.g., California law allows for cash redemption if the remaining balance is less than $10).
3. Expiration & Fees
In accordance with California state law, Grand Bloom gift cards do not expire, and we do not charge any inactivity or maintenance fees.
4. Cancellation Policy Integration
Please note that our standard 48-Hour Cancellation & No-Show Policy applies to appointments booked with a gift card. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the applicable fee (50% or 100%) will be deducted from the gift card balance.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Grand Bloom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash and keep your digital confirmation in a safe place.
