For your safety, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries (especially for post-op care or body sculpting) at the time of booking. Certain contraindications may prevent us from performing specific services.
Common Contraindications
To ensure the best results and your personal safety, certain medical conditions may prevent or delay us from performing specific treatments. Please review the following list before booking.
You may be ineligible for Body Sculpting or Advanced Facial treatments if you have:
- Active Medical Conditions: Uncontrolled high blood pressure, active cancer, or kidney/liver disease.
- Medical Implants: Pacemakers, cardiac defibrillators, or metal implants in the targeted treatment area.
- Pregnancy & Nursing: We do not perform body sculpting treatments on clients who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Recent Surgeries: For Post-Op Care or Body Sculpting, a medical clearance from your surgeon may be required. Generally, we require a minimum of [6–12] weeks post-surgery before beginning certain advanced treatments.
- Skin Conditions: Open wounds, active infections, or severe inflammation in the treatment area.
- Blood Disorders: Use of blood-thinning medications or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
Important Note: If you are under the care of a physician for a chronic condition, please consult with them before booking. Grand Bloom reserves the right to request a doctor’s note or to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for your current health status.
